COREADS · FORMATS

Your website. Your space.

Choose an ad format. Place its code wherever it fits your page. Positions are suggestions; the publisher decides.

Creative formats, clearly explained

The format is how the ad looks. The position is where you insert it on your website.

01

Choose where the ad appears

Create an ad space in your Publisher account, then paste its code where you want the ad: between paragraphs, below an article or in a sidebar. Inline ads appear at that point. On-Site Push is different: it appears in a floating box at the bottom right of the screen and can be closed.

02

Match the format to the available space

Check the width and height of the area where you will insert the code. A 728 × 90 banner needs 728 pixels of width and 90 of height; it does not fit a 300-pixel sidebar. A 300 × 250 banner may suit that sidebar instead. Check the supported devices for each format and preview it on desktop and mobile.

03

When an impression counts as visible

An ad loading on the page is not enough. COREADS records a visible impression when at least half of the ad remains in the visible area of an active browser tab for one uninterrupted second, subject to its visibility checks. If the visitor scrolls past too quickly or switches tabs before that second has elapsed, it does not count as a visible impression.
